This is my first time using a professional tax service to assist with my taxes due not only being a W2 employee but also an independent contractor as well which made filing my taxes just a little more complicated. Jeanette went out her way for me and to get me the best return as possible and she not only prepared my taxes, but she also educated and broke down everything so that I am able to understand everything so easily and she is very down to earth and do not mind answering questions.
