I've had a really bad experience at a previous chiro who made my back/inflammation worse but she listens to what I say about not being comfortable with certain exorcizes and I find I love going here every week. She combines spinal manipulation, heat therapy, cupping and a little soft tissue work (which of course is my fave!).
