Jessica was extremely stand off and rude. I had an appointment at 4, came in at 4:15 due the horrible parking lot. They were not accommodating AT ALL. The Customer service was HORRIBLE. They definitely did not care about the patient but about rushing as fast as possible. I’m going to try Stanton Optical by Pecan grove. Same deals, better service. I would not recommend this store, specifically for the customer service.

If I could give zero stars, I would, I would actually go into the negative. Starting off the lady at the front desk that’s supposed to greet you is very disrespectful. I had my eye exam in July and ordered readers that I paid out-of-pocket not with card. I have went back three times and they always tell me FedEx got it. Remind you now we’re in October and FedEx still has my glasses . I’ve had to ask for a refund and I paid in cash and they tell me now that they can’t give me cash that I could get a check, but it’s gonna be mailed to me. I have Tow The put it on my card. They said no they were easily fast to take my money and I never got services rendered.. So free to be America’s best is the best at Wasting your time and stealing your money. Please don’t go to this place save yourself the time and energy. And get your eyes seen somewhere else. I literally had to call my insurance to complain. Came back today, November 21, 2025 still no refund and still no answer of where my refund is as of now I don’t want glasses from this place. All I want is my money back but the same way the glasses never got here. My money is not getting here These people rob and asked for the location Brazoria Center, Boulevard.

It took me several visits to get glasses and contacts that I can't even wear. The eye exam was a joke customer service was horrible. It was like a factory, get them in get them out. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Called them to let them know I stuck in traffic and gps was showing I would be 14 minutes late I was calling to ask if I could still be seen. I was already in Rosenberg. The doctor would not be wait 4 mins for me, because she would only give me a 10 minute grace period…..that sucks! Was driving far to see them. They’re not interested in working with patients over 4 mins. Won’t be returning.

Amazing experience from the moment we walked in all the way until checking out. Everyone is really friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, and truly care for your needs! Jessica the assistant manager is a true professional along with the rest of the staff! Would definitely recommend this place for all your Eyecare needs!

Horrible front office staff. Brought my daughter in just to have her glasses tightened, expecting to be there less than 10 minutes. Sat there for a hour after they claim her screw was “bent then broke” and ironically they didn’t have a screw to fit it. Would talk to me in English not knowing I speak Spanish and understood what they were saying yet telling me it was just bent, but I tightened it days prior and misplaced my tool. Staff passed off to 2-3 employees to have someone try and fix, finally I got fed up walked out with now broken glasses. Office manager called me after I demanded to be accommodated a courtesy call to let her know. She was polite and said she’d coach her staff. Ended up going to Telfair location and mysteriously nothing was wrong with them and they had The glasses fixed and me out of there in 5 min.

Worst waiting time ever Appointment 1115 and I see people walk in after and get seen by the doctors and I’m still waiting every time I check with them they said I’m next in line but apparently not
I went there for a follow up but it seems they don’t care about the follow up since I already paid for my first visit while I was waiting only new patients were being seen

They never told me my insurance was not in network. And they tried to charge me more for my glasses then what is covered by my insurance because I'm out of network. Also seems like training is lacking because they were switching people out in front of me because the other person didn't know what she was doing. Instead of finishing with me first she just told the other girl to come take over. Then needed the other persons password in order to finish.
