Radio silence is a tough way for communication. I've booked twice with Winners Circle for the premium wash+detailing. Christian (the guy coming out for the detail work) has been absolutely fantastic. Friendly, outgoing, and works hard + efficient. Car comes out looking exceptionally clean. I'd easily give Winners Circle an A++++ if Christian was my only interaction! Unfortunately I haven't had much luck booking with them through whoever is managing the booking. I've followed up twice asking for service without any response. Maybe it's something on my end? Disappointing to say I probably won't be a going to them again due to lack of responses.

Alittle disappointed because my warranty company gave me this detailer to get my car detailed on the interior. I called on Tuesday and asked if he worked on Saturdays because I’m a teacher so I couldn’t do it during the week. He said yes and he scheduled me for This Saturday in the morning. I told him we had to leave by 2:30pm for football games that day, and he understood. Said it would be bright and early. It’s currently nearly 11am and I’ve called 6 times between 8am and now to get an estimate of when he’d arrive. No answer, no call back. His voicemail isn’t set up to leave a voicemail. Winners Circle Mobile Detail is the only place I trust do detail our Tesla Model Y and Toyota Sienna. The owner Christian is very professional, always on time, does an excellent job and gives accurate time estimates.
