Took my truck in for them to check the airbags that they had installed about a year ago. I was having trouble adding air to them. They took it in and less than an hour later it was ready. Everyone was extremely nice and when I asked what I owed them they said nothing. They stand behind the products they sell.
I've never had custom work done on a vehicle before, but wanted some wheels for my new Tesla. I found Renegade just looking off Google reviews and submitted an inquiry online. I got a voicemail just a few business hours after I contacted them. Jon also shot me a text and I was able to do the entire process like that, which was incredibly convenient and easy for me. I told him what I was looking for and he gave me a great option and a price right away. They were able to schedule super quickly and were very responsive and helpful. I was able to pay the deposit easily online. My appointment was my first time actual speaking with anyone and it was great. I didn't catch the gentleman's name but he was super nice and helpful. The interior is very clean and they have a lot of really cool things on display. The install went perfectly and I'm in love with my new wheels. Definitely will be coming back here in the future!
I highly recommend the team at Renegade Auto Spa / Renegade Customs. I recently worked with them to install Line-X premium spray-in bedliner, a Retrax tonneau cover, tint windows, and put full paint protective film + ceramic coat on my new Ford F-350.Chris was great to work with. He patiently walked me through all of the options, and answered my many, many questions. I never once felt like he was trying to "sell" me or steer me towards a particular product. Rather, Chris was most concerned that I acheived exactly what I wanted.
