Amazing! Personal Pilates in a wonderfully inviting studio. Brenda and her team of professional instructors keep the fun in getting fit. The classes are the perfect balance of challenging and energizing. I always leave feeling stronger, more aligned, and honestly in a better mood.
You name it, I've done it. I've spent years trying to find the type of movement that fits me and makes me thrive. I thought about trying pilates for years, but was intimidated. Large studios lack a personal touch. Finding Milner has opened a world I never knew. Yes, you can gain strength with pilates. This fact is something I never realized! I have become stronger and more aware of my body. This studio is for everyone: ages, body types and abilities. I feel comfortable and encouraged by not only the instructors, but also by the other clients. Milner is a family. We lift one another, challenge one another and grow immensely. I love going to Milner Pilates! Brenda and Lisette have gone above and beyond in helping me get stronger. I aways feel I am getting the personal touch to suit my physical needs. I am 70 years old and when I started 2 years ago I could barely climb stairs or get out of bed. I can now do 50 sit-ups and climb stairs. My doctor is so amazed with my progress and told me not to stop going to Milner Pilates and has even referred other patients to her.
