Must do a shout out to Bob at Masters Touch Plumbing. I called Bob today with a problem that required our water to be turned off. He was booked today, but instead of making us wait, he referred us to another plumber who resolved our problem. Rather than have us wait 24 hours, he gave the job away to a great plumber who solved our issue at a very reasonable price. We have used Masters Touch in the past and I highly recommend them. The fact he passed the job off for our needs shows how professional he is. Thanks Bob!!
Do not use anyone but Master’s Touch!!! I have tried the other big name “plumbing” / sales companies. They are overpriced and try to upsell everything since they work on commission! Dishonest companies to say the least. Bob is honest, experienced, and prices are right. I have learned the hard way but thankful that Bob is around!!
Masters touch is a great company with an owner/operater that has years of experience in this area locally. Bob Cruse has been a great help to the community and there is a legacy with this company that is inspirational. Service and pricing is unmatched and this company has served into 3rd and 4th generations of families. This is unheard of. I can't thank Bob and his crew enough for the last 19 years of service and guidance. Thank you Masters Touch!
