Despite these concerns, the doctors themselves are highly regarded for their expertise and care.
We have gone to this facility for years and it is very evident that the doctors truly care about their patients! I called recently for an appointment and the girl on the line literally hung up on me and when I called back she argued with me. She offered for me to speak to the office manager so I left a voicemail just before the July 4th holiday and still have not heard back. It has always been this way with this front office staff for many years.
Dr. West is by far the best doctor I have ever seen. He is attentive and listens to concerns. He is kind as well. I am blessed to have a doctor as good as he is.
My procedure from start to finish went extremely smooth. Dr. Iloabachie and his staff were extremely kind and helpful. I recommend them highly.
