Hittson Dental is a highly praised dental practice that provides excellent patient care. The staff, including the hygienists and front office personnel, are described as professional, courteous, and dedicated to making patients feel comfortable and informed. The dentist, Dr. Hittson, is also commended for their exceptional service. Patients have reported having an overall excellent experience and plan to continue visiting this practice.
If The Hittson crew ran a butcher shop, that’s where I’d buy my steaks. If they sold running shoes, that’s where I’d buy my sneakers. But since they do teeth, that’s where I get my teeth cared for. We have a large family with a full range of dental needs and always grateful how Suzanne and her staff, from counter to DDS help us with the routine and the unplanned needs. Always helpful and understanding when issues arise. I’ve been to dentists elsewhere that are policy driven and not people driven. As far as those negative reviews go that you may see posted, look at those folks other posts, and you’ll see they cannot be pleased whether it’s this or that.
It had been a few years since I’ve been to the dentist and I wasn’t excited about going. However, I did the right thing and scheduled with Hittson dental. The dental hygienist, Krystal was absolutely amazing. She was by far the best dental hygienist I have ever had! She was kind patient and extremely professional as she told me what my issue was in a non-judgmental way and gave me a cleaning that left my mouth as sparkly as it has ever been. Dr. Suzanne Hittson did the exam And I am ready to go. I’ve already scheduled my next appointment. They are my go to dentist now!
I needed a new dentist and this place is everything I needed and wanted! My hygienist, Desi, was kind, accepting and very knowledgeable. She shared insights about my teeth that I’ve not been told before and I very much appreciated her advice. Dr. Hittson is also kind, professional and through. This is a gem in Rockwall and I’ve found my new dentist!!
