Brian promptly returned my call and was at my door the same day to look at the unit. Brian spent a considerable amount of time figuring out the crazy wiring done by a previous installer years prior. For the second time, Enviro Air has saved us! Once during the summer when our A/C went out (on a Friday before a holiday), and just recently during the cold snap when our heat went out. Quick to respond and had the repairs done and we were up and running the next day! Friendly, reliable, courteous, efficient and reasonable.
