I retired after 45 years in the construction industry so I know quality workmanship and great customer service when I see it. Doc's employees (especially Jose and Alex) were great to work with! They advised me of all products available, provided pricing on everything I requested and handled all of the insurance paperwork. All of their employees went above and beyond to protect my property and existing landscaping. When they completed my roof, and cleaned up my property, they walked with me and made sure I was happy with everything. Recently, Doc’s roofing replaced my roof after a hailstorm. In the process, one of the “vent boots” leaked and a leak came through the ceiling in my master closet. I reached out to Marco for assistance and WITHOUT hesitation he came over, assessed the situation, repaired the vent boot that had failed and immediately turned to repair of the ceiling.
