I called them needing massive pool equipment replaced during the infamous deep freeze a couple of years ago. The owner had purchased equipment ahead of time expecting the deep freeze. I could not even get on other companies “list”. I saw their post on FB and called them. They booked an appointment within 10 days and actually worked me in sooner. Yeah! They provided an estimate, worked with my insurance carrier (which proved to be very cumbersome) and scheduled the replacement of all equipment. They were very professional and knowledgeable. I have not had any problems at all. I highly recommend this company for all of your pool needs.
In the age of internet bashing for the slightest reason I wanted to give a big POSITIVE shout out to Kayla at Community Home Services. She got our pool from ugly slime green to clear and inviting again with minimal effort. A water test, the products she suggested, and some instructions was all it took. We are VERY happy customers! Shout out to the great service I have repeatedly gotten from Community Home Services. Just bought a home in Heath with a 10+ year old pool. My first time ever owning a pool and I’m determined to do most of the maintenance myself. That said, I needed a place to start. They were prompt in doing the pool inspection for the purchase of the house. Dakota was a phenomenal help and professional when introducing me to all the equipment I had during my “pool school” which they offer as a basic tutorial. Another shout out to Pace Powerwashing. Andrew Pace is a standup guy that CHS contracts for removing calcium deposits on pool surfaces. Andrew crushed it and got rid of all the neglected and unsightly deposits that were around my pool. Thanks again everyone at CHS.
