I've been using this nail salon for years when I'm in town visiting my family it's also a treat for my grandchildren an I to spend pampering time together.. But it want happen again after our experience on Saturday 08/10/2024.. I've done on numerous occasions.. One is 9 yrs old just a regular pedicure no parfait wax a basic pedicure.. My other grandchild got a full set and her eyebrows done.. I asked if they could do a fill on my nails.. They guy told me it was to late to start on my nails he had a 2:30 appointment coming that scheduled an appointment.. I tell him no problem I sat down waiting for them to finish on my grandchildren it wasn't 30 minutes later it was a couple that came in he took them 2 pedicures, a manicure and nails if that wasn't enough another person came in wanting a fullset of nails he accepted her as well.. I made a comment to my grandchild I was sitting in a chair beside her looking as she was getting her nails done.. I said if y'all wasn't in the middle of getting things done I'd tell you to get up he lied to me but he's accepted 3 people and told another lady about a 30 to 45 minute wait..I knew she started jabbering to him as to what I was saying No I want be back you will never get another penny of my money .. He come and ask me do I still want to get my nails done his 2:30 appointment wasn't coming I can get you now.. No I don't want anything done he repeats I can get you in..No you lied and then you're taking people after the fact if your 2:30 had canceled seems like I'm still sitting there seems like before accepting more people 4 to be precise.. I wouldn't allow you to do my nails at this point you've insulted me and if I hadn't said anything to be heard but I meant to because he was wrong it's his right to refuse service but don't be bias.. Plus for my 9 year old I'm trying to figure it out on the price for the pedicure$50 and my oldest grand nail refill and her eyebrow waxed $95 later. Plus the receipt doesn't have anything on it but the price.. My experience will be the last one dealing with this establishment rude lairs and thieves I paid but I also have the right to have a break down of all my charges.. But I know I will be calling TDRL about my visit and there's regulations and customers have rights..
