Requested a diagnosis for unit running in auxiliary heat for too long. Tech showed up on time and was very informative of possible issues. After inspecting unit, rather than trying to sell me something I didn't need he determined it was a simple setting on the thermostat that the other AC company installer failed to program. Will use All Care from now on out!
