They really want to help you stay fit. They have a private FB group for announcements and to cheer all the ladies on. ...Fitness Gym tip - my advice is to never join any gym with a credit card and agreement. Always pay month to month with cash!
This program and my coach Laura Anderson are amazing. I have never lost this much weight in such a short period of time in my entire life. I know I can reach and maintain a healthy goal weight with this program. The support I get daily from my coach it’s the best I’ve seen any weight loss program I’ve tried.
