They came out to my home diagnosed.Two air conditioning units for me. There were both mini split systems. They were very honest with their recommendations. When I asked them what I owe them, they told me their service was free of charge.
A free of charge service call two technicians.Two trucks is unheard of in this day and time.
I highly recommend them for their honesty, punctuality, cleanliness and professionalism.
If I could give them more than 5 stars, I definitely would.
Josh was absolutely amazing hands down! He answered all my questions and told me exactly what I needed replaced in my home regarding my AC issues. He was so amazing, I just had to sign up for a membership with this company. I’ve had AC issues for the past 2 years and have had at least 2-3 companies come out to diagnose the issue. Neither company could tell me exactly what the issue was but would charge me to come out to act like they knew what they were doing. Josh with Copeland Heating knew exactly what he was doing and was not trying to get over on me, just throwing out prices. Very honest and genuine company! 10 out of 10!

Update on AC unit..I called Mr. Shelby and true to his word; He came back after his last call which didn't take long at all. My unit began hissing again. Shelby, again explained what I need to do, which made sense and EPA and the Government changing everything, will eventually have to get a new unit that comply with EPA rules.
