James and his team (Ty and Ryan) were exceptional in their professional response to repairing my Mom’s Imagine Camper fixing both the heater and the refrigerator within three days from my initial inquiry. They were on time, quick to respond, very VERY reasonable prices for the repairs (especially compared to used camper sales folks) and so genuinely helpful. We did everything by phone. It was refreshing to work with someone so professional and trustworthy, and my Mom only wishes she had called them sooner. Thank you, James. We appreciate you all more than you will ever know.

Used this service for a multitude of repairs I needed in my RV. When I called to obtain and estimate, I listed from memory all the things I needed repaired with James. James was professional and courteous, on the call. Lloyd was sent out on the day we planned, and the time we planned to repair all of the items. Lloyd was totally prepared with my list himself, as I had forgotten some things that I had said. Lloyd fixed everything I needed from small jobs to big jobs, and he did it in a matter of hours (water heater, water pressure, roof repair, etc). 8/9/23 Called this morning at 8:30 to schedule a tech to do a PM (preventative maintenance) on both my RV roof AC's TY was here 1 hour later and did a great job, found my units needed a deep clean as to breathe, once cleaned my AC's are now blowing a lot colder he also checked units 100% to make sure all components were working properly which they are now, he also found a couple of small tears on top of 2 of my slide outs that would have leaked rain water in he checked under the fabric and wood was still in great shape (no rot) that he professionally patched, all and all this is the second time I've used them it was very reasonably priced and TY did a great job.
