I called them late Friday afternoon. They ordered the new AC without any payment up front. They came out Monday before noon and did the replacement AC in less than one hour. Awesome service. We will use South Texas RV Repair again!
South Texas Rv Repair James sent two young men out to work on Rv. Ryan & Alfonso did an awesome job on the 3 things I call to have worked on. They were very professional, courteous, and proficient in their jobs. I asked questions they gave detail answers. Their is more things seasonal things and upgrades that I am planning to make wife happy. And South Texas Rv Repair will do all my work that I need done. I come to this area a lot for work so any repairs that can wait till I get back to their service area I will put on hold if feasible. So they can do the job. The tech, Bruce, showed up a little less than an hour after we called. He was able to fix one of the problems right away. The second problem required parts. They were able to get parts quickly and get us back working. Bruce was so polite, friendly and neat in his work. Prices were very reasonable. Most important to my husband was their communication skills. They called to let us know the status of the part order , when they would arrive and then showed up when they said they would. This is so important when you are trying to still enjoy your trip but get your rig fixed.
