James Keatts from Beyer Boys was excellent. He arrived on time, kept the workspace clean, did detailed examination and test on our HVAC and made good recommendations for our humility issues. I appreciated his honesty regarding the installation and replacement cost too. Mr Keatts is professional, and we highly recommended Beyer Boys HVAC service.

Mauricio took time to examine our needs. He made very reasonable suggestions. He was professional, polite but personable at the same time. I like he was local and a lifetime resident of the area. He understands the humidity issues with HVAC and the coast. He did not rush us and gave us time to consider his bid.

We contacted several local (Aransas County) HVAC companies to replace our current system. We ultimately decided to go with Beyer Boys (Rockport). We chose Beyer for several reasons. Mauricio Hernandez spent time with us (several times) to answer all our questions. Installers Saul Fuentes and James Johnson did a great job with the installation, answered questions about using the thermostat and left the area clean and removed all boxes, other and materials. Overall we feel like valued customers and look forward to many years of service with Beyer. They also sent some cookies as new customers - and who doesn't like cookies.
