Outlet cover was not sealed against the gasket, a screw broke off so an alternate screw was placed next to it but it stripped out resulting in no physical connection on the bottom of the gfi plug. Owner of AirBoss responded to this post the next day and replaced all equipment- everything is working. I'm glad this contractor is responsive and accountable for their materials and services.
