We have always had good luck with them except one thing ,they are very hard to get ahold of for us.They are very friendly and both of our dogs love them, they have done a great job grooming them.
I really like how they handle your appointments,if something changes and you can't make it right then they don't make you wait 3 months,if you are a regular,they get you in in a short time. They also are all very nice people, I am really happy with them.
My Furry kids have never been there...yet! However, I called to make an appointment for grooming but they were booked quite a ways out. So I asked her about nail clipping, which is walk in ... that's great!!!!!!!! My pups have been plagued with fleas here and they gave us excellent advice even though we didn't get an appointment! I am so thankful for the friendly FREE advice, my pups are too!
