Called them on Friday before the 4th of July....in the late afternoon. They dispatched Colton who got there timely. He was extremely friendly and diagnosed the issue quickly to get our mini split back up and running. Great service all around!!!!

The service call was handled quickly and effectively. It’s what came next that was off-putting. The tech insisted that the inside and outside units need to be replaced. He might be right - it’s 11 years old and uses 410A Freon. But the $37,000 high and $24,000 low quotes for recommended work was offensive. That $24K quote didn’t even include any duct work. Nowhere on this planet does an HVAC system for a 1,350 sf home cost more than $12-$15k and that includes duct work. I am going to sever all services with Air Serve and go with one of many competitors.
