Customers share wonderful experiences with the team. A sales associate was insightful and helpful, walking clients through the application process all the way through color scheme inside and outside, making the experience easy and answering questions. One customer got their home, and the process was better than expected—the house was built fast with no findings at the end and good quality of work. There were no headaches through the build. Another customer working on a future build says the team is helpful answering questions and guiding every step of the way. A build supervisor delivered quick completion with top notch structural integrity. The team stands behind their work—small electrical warranty items were fixed the next day. The team answers questions fast and joyfully, and everything has gone smooth.
We used United-Bilt Homes to build the Sutton on our ranch in Bee County, and we couldn’t be happier with how it turned out.
Building a house on rural property is a big undertaking, and at the end of the day, the finished product is what matters. They built us an awesome house. We’re extremely happy with the quality, the workmanship, and how everything came together.
This house is a huge part of our G4 Ranch project, and seeing it finally finished and powered up is pretty special for our family.
Thanks to everyone at UBH who had a hand in building it. We’d absolutely build with them again.
