“The owner said she knew we were new patrons yet she was constantly on her phone and said she had to hurry because her nephew was coming to get his hair cut. I felt she rushed and didn't even offer to blow dry or show me how to style it and I went home unhappy. My mom however got her cut from Rosie and absolutely loves it so I will try her for my color next! They fit us in immediately but if someone is in my chair especially potential repeat customers I would go out of my way to provide exceptional customer service and not point out family is more important than the customer in my chair!“
