These people are so rude. Horrible customer service. The lady I spoke to on the phone had an ugly tone with me and made me feel dumb and like I didn't know what I was talking about, so rude. I'm not the expert, you guys are. I just wanted my leak fixed, nothing. The plumber was supposed to call to reschedule and we are now going on 3 weeks with no call. I'm done with this company.

DO NOT Hire this guys! The plumber from this company came just talked. He didn’t do anything to get what he supposed to diagnose. He talked (his version diagnosed) and send a report to our home warranty base on his theory not and action. If you want to get rip off feel free to call them. But I won’t.I normally won’t write a review to anyone it’s not my job to do so but this one is a a very very bad one. He didn’t take a look at the issue. He seems to not willing to get his hands dirty.if negative star exist this dude will get 10.

Raul completely rips you off. His helper does all the work and he just takes your money. I do not recommend at all. I tried giving him business and once he sees you can afford it he will try to take all your money. The only reason he did the work is because I needed the fix. $225 dollars for 1 repair in which he put 2 shark bite couplers that costs $10 each. This man is a complete thief. Do not call A-1 plumbing in Robstown.
