Having endured humble beginnings in his self defense journey at the ripe age of 14, Dennis Thomas brings a wealth of experience to self-defense training. His dedication is palpable as he carefully selects instructors who embody the Street Jitsu standard for MMA to carry on his direction. The Street Jitsu community fosters a sense of family, providing a robust platform for instilling discipline, self-esteem, confidence, and teamwork in young learners.
Best environment for learning martial arts I've come across. And despite this, relatively low rates. Coach Dennis is a great BJJ teacher, and fellow students are fun to learn with. Check it out.Update: Still a great place to train, it has o ly gotten better, with new locations.
A fun and welcoming place to train. I was visiting from out of town and looking for a place to train on Sunday. According to a friend who knows the jiu jitsu community in DFW well, this is one of the best Sunday open mats in the area. Iām glad I went!
