I have used Southern floors for three jobs and all three were performed to high standards. They removed old floors and installed new, had them come back install some new style baseboards and finally a custom door. Love the fact that all the communication was with the owners.

I can’t begin to say enough about Charlotte and her crews! THEY ROCK. A neighbor recommended her so I called for a bid. (I got 3 other bids also). From the beginning she was knowledgeable, professional, honest, and personable. PLUS her bid was the lowest! I will recommend her every chance I get and will call her EVERY time I need work done.

The service was professional and timely. Manufacturing shortages, busy installers and rain were just a few difficulties that were present during my flooring installation, the job was completed on time and on budget. Great job!

Buyer Beware! Southern Floors re-did all of our flooring down stairs with wood look plank tiles and all of our trim work with larger wood molding and trim. Horrible quality of work. Did not float or prep the foundation, so the tiling is uneven with lots of lippage. No self levelers were used. Also, they informed me AFTER the job was done that most of the tiles were warped (which I bought from them) but they installed them anyway. Trim job may actually be worse than the tile job. Sloppy cuts, gaps everywhere, sloppy painting. They attempted to use tons of caulk to mask the poor cuts. We also have trim that literally runs uphill/downhill in certain areas. If you want work to be done very quickly & very poorly, call Southern Floors.

Family is everything to me and to go to a business and right away feel a warm welcome is awesome. Charlotte is the sweetest thing - I think its her southern charm but either way she's just a great owner and is very professional. Her store has so many options to choose from with the varieties of woods, tiles and carpets.I chose to have my downstairs floor redone with engineered wood, we originally had carpet and tile and after just recently buying our home, the carpet was disgusting and defitently needed an update. Charlotte helped us choose the perfect type of wood and color that would best match our furniture. The next week we scheduled for our floors to be done and her guys did an amazing job! We chose Acacia wood and it just compliments our home- all thanks to Southern Floors & Renovations.

Southern Floors & Renovations has been truly fantastic. Originally the job was for removal and replacement of engineered wood floors damaged in a slab leak, installation in the master and new baseboards throughout the downstairs but unforseen problems stemming from a previous contractors work lead us to much more. While other companies would have been less likely to stop the job to make sure the underlying issues were resolved, Southern Floors did not. They rose to the job providing additional support and resources to ensure we got the root problem resolved. They have been fantastic to work with and we greatly appreciate them, their communication, and quality work!
