SERVPRO of Highland Village

We had a wonderful experience with Servpro of Highland Village. Payton showed up at 6am the day of our house flood, and made sure that we were taken care of as quickly as possible. Kristian and Alex took over the job and came daily to ensure that we had everything we need and that our home was drying out adequately. They were kind, prompt, and very efficient. We remained in our home throughout demolition and the whole team made sure to communicate what they were doing, put up tarps where necessary to limit our disruption, etc. We were so pleased that we are now using Serve Pro Highland Village to also complete the reconstruction now that Water Mitigation is complete!

Very happy with our experience here. When I told the team about the initial water leakage issue, they came out the next day. From there, they stayed in constant communication and upfront about the process and pricing. They cleanup and construction were exactly what we were expecting! Highly recommend them for anyone in a similar situation as we were.

Christian and Alex were professional and very helpful. They looked out for our best interest and made it a challenging situation (mold in our house) as seamless as it could be. Great job!

Our experience was unlike the other's here. We first contacted ServPro back in December (2024) due to mold damage from our master shower because we liked the idea of using one company which could do both the teardown and rebuild. They were prompt to respond initially however after the original removal of the mold....we discovered that they still left about half of the mold in the walls. The quality of work was sub par and they were literally going to seal it back up with mold still in the wall. This was the first delay which pushed us back an additional week. During the reconstruction which is actually also done under another company using the ServPro name, the original sub-contractor they used to do the tile work and rebuild missed and tried to cover up also extremely sub-par work (I do not think this company vets who they use well enough - more so about the cost and bottom line). It was difficult also communicating with these contractors directly since English was not their first language. Here were these issues: The shower tile floor was not flat and level and was wavy and warped. They broke a piece of shower tile and still left it attached to the shower wall and tried to paint over and cover it up. The caulk work they did on our tub after installing the new tile was completely cracked and had to be redone since the contractor likely sat on the shower while putting the caulk in place. They also damaged our tub (which was not damaged from the original mold) from what appears to be a dropped tile onto the surface of the tub. After we highlighted these major concerns with the quality of work - they still thought it was ok to send that exact same contractor back to 'fix' their work after we made it clear that we wanted someone else. When they did show up because they didn't speak English, they stood at my door for minutes seemingly confused which I was also just as confused because they were not expected. The next delay after that was waiting for them to get another sub-contractor out to do the work. By the time they wrapped up their work, we discovered that they didn't caulk any of the faucets on the shower or by the tile around our toilet from the tile work. By this time, we were working solely with Bailey and he sent out a licensed plumber to just review, and fix the final items for the rebuild. All said and done, they wrapped up their portion of the shower rebuild at April 28th, 2025 and they began the work on December 3rd, 2024 which with the delays and issues, pushed us back an additional month. Due to these issues as well we still paid the full 'sticker' price for the install and the only reason I am leaving a 1 star review is due Bailey's professionalism, and promptness to acknowledge all of the issues we experienced throughout this process.

All the team members who worked in our home were fantastic - helpful, kind, detailed, respectful.... A great job done. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend! We had pretty extensive water damage in our kitchen from a roof leak due to a hail storm. They came out the same night to set up equipment and were all very honest and professional. They also really helped walk me through the process with insurance. Hunter, Robbie, and Ibrahim were all great along with the rest of their team. We had at least 6-7 guys that helped pull our floor and kitchen island out. They were all great! Again, highly recommend!
