CJ, the plumber who came out to our house to help us with our issue, was incredibly professional, funny and patient. He took great care to make sure that he explained the issue in a way that I could understand. He also took the time to suggest methods to avoid this same issue in the future. Noone wants a busted outside faucet....just glad I was home when it happened. I chose NCT because they were close, family owned, recognize and give discounts to veterans, military, seniors, first responders.....I'm a senior and THEY delivered.
