This was the best plumbing service we have used in the 36 years we have lived in Texas! The technician, CJ, was very helpful and gave us a great deal of advice - information on how to keep the organic debris from building up in the kitchen sink plumbing to explaining how to drain and flush the hot water tanks. Of the 4 issues we thought we had, there was really only 1 problem - a slight leak in the plumbing under the kitchen sink. This was taken care of quickly. The only plumbing company we will be calling in the future!

Shout out to NCT Plumbing. Called them this morning with a water heater issue. They squeezed me in and got it fixed by noon. Thanks, NCT
Wow! I can’t give this company a high enough rating! I was a bit of a mess when I called and they were so kind. Their tech, Isaiah, called to confirm his arrival and was very prompt! He was so kind. He explained everything without being condescending which I get sometimes as a female. They fixed the problem completely with integrity and excellence! We’ve been homeowners for over 20 years and I am impressed by the company and Isaiah the tech!
