It checks all the main boxes. Definitely not for power lifters or extreme athletes. Primarily a machine focused gym with well maintained and clean equipment. Most cardio machines work well with only occasional issues but there are many options. Can get busy at times but generally there are enough resistance machines and cardio machines to satisfy most. The massage chairs and hydro massage options are okay. A nice little bonus. Restrooms and showers are clean and staff is friendly and courteous. Hours during the weekends starting Friday evening are different than during the week. It's a 24/5 schedule and they close earlier on the weekends.

On Monday thru Friday I goes to the Ronoake Planet Fitness around 3am to work out and Christopher your overnight guy is very professional and welcoming whenever I’m at the gym. He is always very thoughtful and kind when interacting other members as well as myself, I appreciate his efforts and hard work also his customer service is always top notch. Christopher thank you and keep up the good work.

I love this gym but wish they had squat racks and a land mine and a hip thruster machine. My workouts are a bit limited on a smith machine rather than a rack . Still a great gym but I have to mention am I the only one that’s bothered by the fact that when you’re working out, they’re cleaning up underneath your feet or waxing around your bench I like that they keep this gym clean, but it’s quite distracting when you’re trying to work out somebody running the vacuum under your feet and around your bench
