Had a condition that got worse really fast. I was not able to make appt with my Doc so went to CareNow. No wait, got diagnosis and prescriptions. Home by 9 am. Will have to wait a bit to pick up prescriptions.
Amy in the front at reception was very kind and efficient, nurse Emma was also quick and friendly answering my questions with enthusiasm and detail. I had to get X-Rays and the lab technician Luna was very gentle with my broken hand as well as knowledgable, explaining what each image was for. And as always Dr. Smith was great. I’ve had him a few times at this location and he’s very personable, kind, and direct with his responses never dancing around a question. I wish he had a primary care practice as he’s a great doctor! I highly recommend this location for any services needed.
My experience was so good when I went in the first time Jordan and zuzanna were so very sweet and helpful for my drug test for work kinda had a crazy experience with a storm but they had the best attitude and trying to help best way possible!! The second time I went it I had Luna help me for a redo of my drug test she was super kinda positive attitude and made my experience very easy amazing staff for sure!!
