Steve and Crystal are just really nice people and VERY good at what they do. Their employees are very competent and understand my foot phobia when i get my toenails clipped. Very gentle with me. NEVER had any issue in the salon. They always get me in on my lunch hour, which I appreciate. A salon is supposed to be a relaxing place for everyone and if a squalling baby kept coming in, wanting it's mama, maybe Steve did raise his voice. The mama should have left the baby home with the g'parent. Mama needs a bit of relaxing time, too. My 6.5 yrs experience with this shop has been great.

I have been going to river oaks nails for a long time I love Steve and Chrystal the owners. Last week something happened and someone posted some things that aren't true. The man was coming in and out of the salon and after a while the owner said something which is her right. They don't mind children in the salon. It wasn't the child it was the man coming in and out.

OMG this was by far one of the best pedicures I have ever had. Diane was truly amazing and did a wonderful job. Her massage was so relaxing too. There was no wait and the place was very clean. The staff is so friendly. Definitely coming back soon!
