Cook Air & Heat was excellent service from start to finish! They quickly identified and cleared the clogged AC line, explained what was going on, and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. Professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I highly recommend them for any AC service!

Jud, Jennifer, Daniel and Korbin gave wonderful service from the first phone call to inquire about service needs, to the review and the final installation. They communicate clearly with a texting system to advise when they are on their way, along with providing the name of the technician who is scheduled to arrive. They all were highly trained and informative. The installation went smoothly without any issues. I highly recommend Cook Air & Heat (and we are not related, but it is a good name)! Thank you for saving the day, because it's been unbearable during this Texas heatwave.
