I was recommended here by Hair Cuts, Etc. in Oceola, TX. They were great! Friendly and open atmosphere. I got bright fun colors added to the bottom layer of my hair. I love how it can be subtle and not too noticable or it can really stand out depending on how I fix my hair.Service: Haircut
