The office staff was very accommodating to my child and our family’s needs. They worked with my schedule change and greeted us warmly as soon as we arrived. Once we were taken to the back, the specialist provided clear guidance and developed a plan to support my son. Overall, the staff was professional, helpful, and made us feel welcomed throughout the visit.
