I randomly chose Pope & Pena only Because Pena is my mother's maiden name and it turned out to be a great decision on my part. I live in California and ran into problem selling a parcel of land my mother purchased in MacAllen ears ago. The county records showed that my mother was the owner of the parcel and paid yearly property taxes on it for years but when we went to sell it we couldn't because my mother never sighned the deed and returned it to the county records.
