Disappointed with the service. The customer next to me received a full foot massage, while mine was rushed with minimal effort, yet I was charged the same price. When I brought it up, there was no apology or attempt to fix it, which was frustrating.
On top of that, I specifically asked for a milk off-white color, but was given regular white instead without being asked or corrected.
Overall, the experience felt inconsistent and not worth the price. I hope they improve their attention to detail and customer service.

I went in and it was empty, they’re usually super packed so I got so lucky, it was so calm and quiet and lady was so gentle with my feet. Literally a reset I did not know I needed! My toes came out exactly the way I wanted them and I feel so relaxed !

Worst pedicure! Went in waited 36 min to be exact just for them to turn the water on. The took 25 min doing my pedicure…. Nothing was done. They didn’t scrub my feet, they passed the cheese shredder for less than a min for both feet. No cuticle cut no nothing. To top it off my nail is uneven, called to see if they could fix my toe and was told to go in. Only for him to tell me it wasn’t uneven … made me feel like an idiot. The nail is clearly uneven. My feet weren’t even scrubbed which I didn’t even bother to tell him anymore since he made me feel like nothing was wrong. There were other customers so obviously I’m not going to sit there and try to argue. $51 thrown because the service was trash! Poor customer services! I’d give 0 stars if I could!

Liked the service they gave my 2 daughters. They were satisfied with the nails they made them exactly what they asked they loved their nails. Will be taking them back soon.

This was the best nail shop I have ever been to. They were very attentive and made sure I liked my nails throughout the entire process. Also, everything was very clean and sanitary, and the technicians were friendly and respectful. Amazing place for nails!!! Don’t go anywhere else!!!
