Yeon is the absolute best groomer! My poodle, Bertie always looks so handsome when he is groomed. We used two other groomers before being referred to Yeon. She has been grooming Bert now for two years. She is very professional and takes great pride in her work.
Yeon is so sweet! She responds very quickly to my messages, is very attentive to me as a customer, and is very flexible! Also, my pup seems to be very happy with his experience haha. I’ve felt shamed before as a dog mom from other groomers and I haven’t felt that AT ALL from Yeon and I love that about her. We all do our best. I would highly recommend her!
