I came to check out some glasses and get my glasses fixed and I had an amazing experience. I worked with Ms. Donna and not only was she extremely knowledgeable but she was VERY sweet. Her customer service was top notch, I definitely will be back!
I had a frustrating experience at first when trying to get glasses for my incarcerated brother. On a previous visit, an employee told me that I would be able to use his prescription, but when I came back, I was told it was expired and they could not help me. And the jail would not provide my brother with a new eye exam despite multiple requests, we were left trying to find another solution and I had to return again with my mom.
