Ms. Orren helped me today at the S. S. Fry location, and I’m so glad she was there. I have no complaints about any of the other staff, but Ms. Orren greeted me very politely and made me feel welcome. I was struggling with my choices, and she helped me decide without making me feel rushed or pressured. Her knowledge eased my doubts about which glasses were best for me. I call the wrong vision works and Andrew answer the phone I was so upset first time wearing glasses and I had no ideal what to do or how to pick out glasses. I went to another place but Andrew save the day I was so happy after talking to him we need more people like him in this world. I was satisfied a 100 percent because of him if I could drive that extra mile to get my glasses I would. You are the greatest your manager should be very proud of you.
