So this was my first time going to the Ulta Beauty salon for hair color, root touch-up, keratin treatment, and highlights, and honestly I had the best experience ever. I had seen so many good reviews about this specific Ulta salon, which is what made me decide to try it. I was really nervous about getting keratin done, but once I spoke to the stylist, I immediately felt comfortable. She was so knowledgeable and confident in what she was doing, and it honestly shocked me how smooth everything went.

Rachel is absolutely incredible! Every time I leave her chair, I feel like a brand-new person. She really listens to what I want, gives helpful suggestions, and always nails the look—whether it’s color, cut, or styling. She has such a warm, welcoming personality that makes the whole experience relaxing and enjoyable. I’ve never had so many compliments on my hair, and it’s all thanks to her amazing talent and attention to detail. I can’t recommend Rachel enough!
