Rachel is absolutely incredible! Every time I leave her chair, I feel like a brand-new person. She really listens to what I want, gives helpful suggestions, and always nails the look—whether it’s color, cut, or styling. She has such a warm, welcoming personality that makes the whole experience relaxing and enjoyable. I’ve never had so many compliments on my hair, and it’s all thanks to her amazing talent and attention to detail. I can’t recommend Rachel enough!

For an 82 yearold man first experience in an Ulta Bueaty store with his 13 year old Granddaughter it was quite different. The store was well staffed which seemed to happy, smiling and helpful employees.

10/10 I asked believe her name was Alexa(maybe Alexia) for help matching my shade she was already busy stocking up on the fenty beauty foundations. And she kindly helped me even though she was busy. I’m so glad I asked for help she so sweet so funny and honestly matches your vibe! I recommend going to her she made the experience so amazing I usually never ask for help and I actually needed it and she made me feel heard, seen, and treated me so well! ?
