I have been visiting The Tune Up in Richmond for the past five years, and it has consistently been a fantastic experience! During my last visit, I had the pleasure of meeting Pink, and she is truly exceptional! She has a wonderful personality and clearly knows what she is doing. I highly recommend this place!
I have been going to this place since they opened 6 years ago, I’ve met the owner Joe Pisano multiple times and has always made me feel right at home. Starr is the best as the front desk manager. All the hair dressers are amazing! I usually see Sandra, Esperanza or Karen but any one in the hairdressers are amazing. If you’re local I suggest you get their VIP membership package.
I have been a member for many years and love this place! Hope & Star do an amazing job coordinating the appointments. Sandra and Meisha handle the fades with absolute perfection! A must for guys looking to relax and have a great experience.
