09-04-2025 My A/C unit stopped working the night before, found them online and seen they had amazing reviews so I gave them a chance. Call them in the morning and they had an opening same day. They came out and did a full diagnostic on my system. After further inspection they came to the conclusion that it must have been a power trip that made my unit stop working properly. Now my system is back and running. Explain to me how the system works and what to keep and eye out. Glad I called them.

We contacted three HVAC companies for help relocating a rooftop AC unit, and Terry’s A/C & Heating was the only one that responded.
Not only did they come all the way from Richmond to check our unit, but they were also incredibly honest and straightforward in their assessment. After carefully evaluating the situation, they clearly explained that relocating the unit wasn't necessary, saving us from spending money on unnecessary work.

I called and they came out that same day and solved my problem. I’ve used Terrys AC several times and every time they do a professional job and explain in detail the issue. Each time they were able to fix the issue at a very economical rate. I will definitely use them again if needed and can recommend them without any reservations. Thanks for the work!
