Overpriced and sub-par quality wash. It used to be decent, but a new name, and I'm guessing new management, has brought it down a lot. You'd be better off using a water hose in your own driveway... Cool River at 1464 and West Airport is so much better!!!

Used to be pretty good but not it’s horrible. Took hour and a half for basic car wash with only 2 cars ahead of me. Car was still dirty after the wash. About 30 min wait just to get vacuuming done. Never going to this carwash again.

Was in town for a quick visit needed a wash before going home. Sales/cashier Leslie had great customer service and she’s also the inspector and I went ahead and got done also while I was there will recommend.

This car wash stole my car mats and will not take responsibility. Horrible place to go and the lady that works up front gives the worst customer service I have ever dealt with!

I bought $34.99 monthly membership package that includes the tire shine and wheel shine but I got neither. Wheels were dirty after the carwash as I have never washed the car and regarding tire shine I was told that I have to pay extra $4 every time I want the tire shine. Bottom line there is no difference between cheaper or expensive car wash packages. Staff is nice however Management must look into these issues.

Called to get a quote on a hand wash and the lady that answered was pretty rude when I asked for a cost for an exterior/interior wash.

While the service can be quite slow due to a limited number of staff, it's clear that the team on duty is doing their best under challenging conditions, especially in the heat. It would be beneficial for the owner to be more aware of the staff's efforts and the need for additional support. If you plan to visit, be prepared for a longer wait time, possibly one to two hours, for a car wash.

Great service I didn’t know which specific package I wanted and Josh was patient and helped me decide what would be better suited to my needs. Comes with free air fresheners. Super great service they will come to your car as soon as you pull in to help ! Thank you so much Shine Time
