Usually I go here and haven’t had a problem, unfortunately after today it may be my last time using them. Service is usually great, but for some reason I got a new stylist today and she’s didn’t pay much attention. She looked at the receipt, turned me away from the mirror and I had to tell her what I was hoping to get. Didn’t get it unfortunately and now I look like someone shaved my head at one point for brain surgery and used shotty hair transplants to hide scarring. Hard part I usually get needed up to be at least 1 inch up from usual spot, my hair is much shorter than I had asked for so much so that I might as well get a buzz cut. The angle ant which my hair was cut makes the top of my head look like a damn pineapple and wasn’t even cleaned up with tapering or ending on hair lines. All in all it was problematic and very upsetting experience. I would’ve said something had I not been turned a direction I couldn’t see either mirror behind me or in front of me so my chance to speak up went out the window.
