I have been going to Ritz Nails and my nail tech is Susan. she always does the work very carefully. I love how she is very caring and respectful towards my feet and nails she is now the Manger, she deserves it.

I had such a great experience. The salon is clean, welcoming, and the staff were so kind—especially with my toddler who I brought along early in the day. My nail tech paid close attention to detail and my nails turned out beautiful. I left feeling pampered and happy, and I’ll definitely be back!

Rowena was amazing!! Her patience was impeccable. I almost gave up on nail salons due to my frustrations with how impatient the technicians are and how they just damage your nails, but Rowena was so gentle and so kind and gave me great advice for restoring my nails back to health. Also everyone is so welcoming. Thanks again ladies!
