Based on the reviews, Richmond Medical Clinic is a nice place with plenty of parking, a very clean environment, and kind, patient staff. The front desk, including Nella, makes patients feel very welcomed. The provider, Rachel, is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and informative, taking time to recommend the best route for medical care. She is described as an incredible and capable clinician with great bedside manner who asks the right questions and gets to the root of the issue. For women, especially maturing ladies, she is an advocate. Patients appreciate her hands-on approach and willingness to get straight to the point, resolving issues like skin allergies quickly. The clinic is highly recommended for establishing care, with patients feeling comfortable putting their health in her hands. Overall, patients had a wonderful and loved their experience at this clinic.
Dr Rachael is very thorough, friendly and understanding. She took her time asking questions about my problems and made sure that I was comfortable. The staff is very courteous and caring and took. time to listen and help me with whatever I needed.
What a nice place so close to my home! There is plenty of parking, it is very clean, and everyone is very kind and patient with me. I feel like Rachel is very knowledgeable and the staff is very informative. As I sit in my car to make my review I read over recent reviews. I feel like Kien Quach might have anger regulating problems and I hope that no one at Richmond Medical Clinic takes her comments to heart. She spent so much time venting I hope she feels better now. Menopause is hard. Karma is real. Maybe there is a good reason she finds another provider. There are many good reasons I found Richmond Medical Clinic! Thank you!
I really loved my experience here. Nella, the lady at the front desk was so nice, she made us feel so welcomed. The doctor, Dr Rachel, was very easy to speak to, you can tell she care a lot about her patients. Overall, I had a wonderful at this clinic.
