Great Groomers, I have my sister and daughter also using Preppy pet.They are really gentle with the dogs. My girls are very comfortable with them, this is a plus for me.. Great place, my girls always look so beautiful after groomed.

Preppy Pet Richmond is my go-to place whenever I need to board my cats while I travel. The staff is amazing and truly cares about the pets in their care. Knowing my cats are safe, comfortable, and well looked after gives me complete peace of mind when I’m away. Everyone is always friendly, professional, and attentive, and it’s clear they genuinely love animals. We have been coming to Preppy Pet Richmond for grooming for 3 months and have been very happy with the job our groomer has done on our two Yorkies Lacy and Jake. I also bring our Rottweiler Maverick in for bathing. The staff have been nothing but accommodating and willing to answer all of my questions. It is not a fancy spa or resort for pets, but they get the job done at a more reasonable price and I can appreciate that. As long as they stay clean and the staff continue to take good care of all the furbabies left in their care, I will keep coming back.
