Great Groomers, I have my sister and daughter also using Preppy pet.They are really gentle with the dogs. My girls are very comfortable with them, this is a plus for me.. Great place, my girls always look so beautiful after groomed.

We have been coming to Preppy Pet Richmond for grooming for 3 months and have been very happy with the job our groomer has done on our two Yorkies Lacy and Jake. I also bring our Rottweiler Maverick in for bathing. The staff have been nothing but accommodating and willing to answer all of my questions. It is not a fancy spa or resort for pets, but they get the job done at a more reasonable price and I can appreciate that. As long as they stay clean and the staff continue to take good care of all the furbabies left in their care, I will keep coming back.
