Preppy Pet Richmond is a premier pet boarding, doggie daycare, and dog grooming facility. Their mission is to provide safe, high-quality pet care at an affordable price. They assist customers in customizing their pets' stay to meet their needs and fit their budget, as every pet is different in terms of age, activity level, and sociability.

Customers praise the facility's patient and caring staff, who have handled even the most challenging pets with kindness. One reviewer's "nasty little" dog, known for barking, pooping, and "finger painting," was well-cared for, with the staff taking the time to clean the pet up before pickup. Another customer's dog, Luna, always comes home tired and happy after daycare, indicating she had a great time playing with other pups.

Customers consistently recommend Preppy Pet Richmond for its friendly staff, great grooming and daycare services, and clean, well-maintained facilities. One reviewer even stated that if they could give more stars, they would.
