I found Polygon Richmond location after lots of online research and reading reviews for the best PT practice following my ACDF surgery. I was very glad to have found them and to be treated by Dhwani for about 5 weeks. She was so personable, gentle, always made me feel comfortable, guided me closely with exercises, made continuous recommendations for home practices, and followed my progress each visit very thoroughly. She always made sure I was not going too far or in pain with any movements as I was pretty fresh post op. Everyone at Polygon is amazing! I came in with severe back pain and they helped me tremendously. They were alway conscious of my pain level and kept me comfortable all while helping me strengthen what I needed to help with the pain. They gave me exercises to do at home to keep the progress going. Forever grateful for all the help from everyone at Polygon!
They’re so nice and kind. I’ve been coming to them for a while since my accident and from the beginning, they have been nothing but very nice and knowledgeable as of what is needed for you to recover. I would 100% recommend them to anyone for any type of physical therapy needed. Overall, everyone is nice, including the receptionists. Thank you for helping me. I’m still a patient.
